Are you ready to say "I do" in the dress of your dreams? At Amy Bridal Shop, we offer both rental and purchase options for our stunning wedding dresses, ensuring that every bride finds the perfect gown for their special day.

 Convenient Rental Period:

You can collect your chosen dress up to three days before your wedding day, giving you plenty of time to prepare. After your celebration, return the dress to us within two days. That gives you a total of five days to enjoy your wedding attire stress-free.

Return Policy:

We understand that weddings can be messy affairs, which is why we have a straightforward return policy:

Normal dust is not a concern. You won't need to wash the dress or pay any additional fees.

However, if the dress incurs any damage, such as a hole, torn fabric, stains (including red wine), or any other significant alterations, additional charges may apply.

 

Here's how our payment and bond process works:

Payment Process:

When you rent a wedding dress from us, you'll need to pay the full rental amount upfront. Additionally, we require 20% bond to ensure the safe return of the dress.

 

Bond Security:

The 20% bond serves as insurance against any damages incurred to the dress. Rest assured, this amount will be fully refunded to you once we receive the dress back in its original condition.

 Refund Policy:

Upon safe return of the dress, we'll promptly transfer the 20% bond back to your account. However, if the dress sustains any damages beyond normal wear and tear, we will deduct an appropriate amount from the bond, depending on the extent of the damage.

Note: We do take custom-made dresses, tailored precisely to your measurements. The special order would take about six months. As such, special orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
