Purchasing Policies
- In order to return your order free of charge you must reach out to us within fourteen (14) days of delivery to be eligible to exchange your item or return for a refund.
- As part of our commitment to excellence and to better understand our customers, we request that you provide a brief description and images of you in the garment showcasing the areas of concern.
- All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. If your item is not returned in its original condition, the item will be shipped back to you free of charge.
- Final sale, customized or altered items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow fourteen (14) business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
- If a returned item is found to have stains, marks, or any form of dirt that was not present at the time of purchase, a restocking fee of $400 AUD will be charged.
Note: We do take custom-made dresses, tailored precisely to your measurements. The special order would take about six months. As such, special orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
